遠く離れたフランスでミュージック・コンクレートが誕生してから44年の時を経て、私は日本でそれに出会った。それは私の耳を世界に開かせ、私に「耳を澄ませば、世界は奇跡に溢れている。」と、気付かせてくれた。
旅先で、ほんの日常の中で、私はマイクを持ち世界に耳を澄ませた。いつまでだってそうしていられた。
メキシコ、鳥取、広島、御蔵島、大阪、そして私の小さな部屋で集められた奇跡の数々が、今、時空を超えて私のスケッチブックに描かれる。

After 44 years from when‘musique concréte’ was born in France, I met it in Japan beyond time and space. Then it made my ears open to the world. And it told me that if I listen to the world carefully I can notice the world is full of miracles.
On the trips, also in my daily life, I listened to the world carefully with a microphone.
I could continue to do so indefinitely.
Now the miracles that were collected in Mexico, Tottori, Hiroshima, Mikura Island, Osaka and my small room join into one on my sketchbook beyond time and space.
